Old Warranty
This is what’s on the hangtag:
During use, some replaceable parts may get worn out or damaged such as trolley, wheels, stand, side release and ladder lack, we accept replacement of these parts, service and labor is free. However, the cost of parts to be replaced will be charged to the customer, subject to the availability of parts.
No rush jobs will be accepted. No verbal commitments will be honored as turnaround time may vary significantly depending on drop-off point (in-store or service center) and availability of parts.
The repair shop has the sole right of final assessment as to the overall condition and repairability of each item received. Items deemed “beyond repair” will be returned UNREPAIRED without liability.
Warranty and Repair
Product warranties are case-specific. For replaceable parts (trolley, wheels, stand, side release, ladder lock) that fail due to normal wear and tear, we offer free service and labor for replacement, contingent on part availability and the customer covering the cost of the replacement part. Repair turnaround times differ depending on the drop-off point and parts availability; we cannot accommodate rush requests, and verbal commitments are not honored. The repair facility has the sole discretion to determine the repairability of an item, and non-repairable items will be returned without repair liability.
